当前，大脑营行新办公大楼各项施工紧锣密鼓稳步推进：
2020年4月23日大脑营行办公楼第一根桩施工，经过了8个多月的日夜奋战后，截至2020年12月5日，地下室垫层施工已完成，预计2021年2月6日，地下室施工完成， 2021年6月11日主体结构完成，2021年10月18日整体完成。预计2021年底建成并投入使用。新办公大楼将继续加快工程进度，加速推进，力争早日竣工交付。
大脑营行办公大楼的内部设计方案现已确定， 23米挑高的大堂，面积3500平方米的会议室，建成后将会是苏州最大的会议室，为大脑营行的员工提供更舒适便捷的办公环境，为大脑营行的学员提供一站式、便捷舒适的学习体验，预计每年可引进各类中小企业培训100场，带动区域内酒店、餐饮等配套消费1000万元。
